MEET THE TEAM
Diane and Ian opened Copdock Hall in April 2015. We renovated the barn ourselves, meticulously sourcing materials and building methods to create and equip a modern venue, while retaining all the historic features that makes it so unique.
It’s this attention to detail that we now bring to the events we run here. When you come to plan your wedding or special event, we are on hand to offer advice and help… while trying to limit the rules and officialdom.
Since the opening, we have seen the venue used for weddings, corporate events, wedding fairs, exhibitions, meetings, presentations, awards dinners, Christmas parties, photo shoots, away days, team building, pop up art events, charity fundraisers and more!
Over the years our team has grown. Amy is our full-time Wedding and Events Coordinator. She helps run the office and effectively plans all events prior to the day, including meeting with couples ahead of their Wedding Day. We also employ three experienced and passionate events managers, Rosie (Weddings By Rosie), Lucy and Lauren, as well as a team of bar staff who are regularly praised for their friendliness and professionalism. For weddings, the event managers are there throughout the day to support couples and ensure the day runs smoothly. Outside, Steve helps us keep the grounds and vineyard looking pristine and we have an extensive list of suppliers who regularly join us on events.
We work very closely with four caterers – Bouquet Garni, GoYo Events, Paul Thompson and The Food Station – who not only provide a great level of customer service but also amazing food! We feel it’s of utmost importance that they are tried and tested and work seamlessly with the venue and the staff to enable the day to run smoothly. You won’t be disappointed!
