Copdock Hall is a large, versatile and unique space suitable for all corporate events.
Measuring 36.5 by 6.75 metres, it can accommodate 200 guests for a sit-down meal and more for an informal reception or buffet.
Copdock Hall has excellent acoustics as well as a real ‘wow’ factor from its red brick, patterned exterior to its oak-beamed ceiling.
The space can be dressed and adapted to suit your corporate needs and has all mod cons for a professional event including an AV system, Wifi, roving microphone and large screen and projector.
There is an adjoining room for break-out meetings or to serve as a cloakroom and outside is our very own vineyard, extensive grounds and a large car park.
We offer a range of delegate packages to include breakfast, light buffet lunches, afternoon tea and BBQs but we are also happy to provide bespoke quotes for food from our reputable caterers.
We also offer dry hire on some events.
Previous events held include:
- Trade fairs, exhibitions, craft and farmers’ markets, product launches and management day outs – the barn is a large open space and is accessible to all, being on all one level.
- Promotions, art shows, film, video and photography shoots – the unusual red brick work offers a great backdrop for creative projects.
- Conferences and business presentations – we provide a range of seating options including theatre, banqueting and cabaret style with our tables and chairs as well as AV provision including a roving microphone, Wifi. Screen and projector.
Additional staging, lighting and microphones can be hired in.
- Theatre/music productions and award ceremonies – Copdock Hall boasts great acoustics and a real ‘wow’ factor for performances.
COPDOCK HALL VINEYARD
Clients can incorporate our vineyard for photography and away days. We also offer packages for wine tours and tastings, as well as occasionally the opportunity for grape harvesting although this can be quite late notice!
Wine tours can include a presentation in the barn, a tour of the vineyard itself and a tasting at the end, as well as afternoon tea or a light lunch, depending on what is required.
Planted in 2013, the vineyard has so far produced a stand-alone Bacchus, a Rose and a sparkling Rose.
